I'm a dual-degree Computer Science and IT Management graduate who believes technology's greatest impact comes when it's guided by thoughtful policy and clear communication.
At Cambodia's Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, I contribute to shaping the nation's AI strategy — working across government, academia, and the private sector to advance responsible digital transformation.
Beyond policy, I've led marketing campaigns, coordinated international events, and represented Cambodia at regional youth leadership forums. I thrive at the intersection of ideas, people, and execution.

Contributed to the revamp of Cambodia's national AI platform — a public-facing digital hub for AI policy, literacy, and stakeholder engagement. Involved in UI/UX direction, content strategy, and visual identity.
Led end-to-end marketing for student enrollment — producing photo/video content, managing social platforms, and organizing Open House events. Measurably increased prospective student engagement over 2 years.
Coordinated logistics for corporate events at one of Cambodia's leading telecom companies. Compiled KPI performance reports and proposed strategic improvements based on post-event feedback analysis.
